Method 1: Run the hardware Troubleshooter.
You might be able to solve some problems by running a troubleshooter that will automatically fix some common issues with Internet Explorer Performance.
Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:
a. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen to show the Charms bar.
b. Type Troubleshooting and tap on Troubleshooting under Settings.
c. Now type Hardware Troubleshooter in the Search option.
d. Tap on Hardware troubleshooter to run the troubleshooter.
Method 2: Update the drivers.
Go to the manufacturer’s website and install the latest drivers for the touch pen.
